Topic: LEARN Six Sigma Speaker: Achim Reeb, Co Founder PROsys LLC In this meeting: In this meeting the speaker will discuss Leveraging Lean Six Sigma to improve business performance in manufacturing and R&D. BIO: Achim Reeb is a founder of PROsys LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in information technology and business processes for life science companies. He has over 10 years experience defining and implementing information systems that streamline the pharmaceutical R&D process for sponsors in Europe, the US, and Japan. In addition to publishing whitepapers in industry publications, Achim presented on this topic at global industry conferences, advised technology vendors in product strategy and compliance questions, and is a member of an Executive Advisory Panel for one of the top ten pharmaceutical companies. Prior to specializing on the pharmaceutical industry Achim was a partner at BPC Ltd. in London, England and Frankfurt, Germany. In this position he worked with the automotive industry on globalization, supply chain integration, and the development of quality systems. Achim has brought many of the methodologies developed in this role - quality (compliance) management and business-systems integration methodologies - with him into the pharmaceutical arena, licensing several methods to global pharmaceutical and big-four consulting firms.
